DPDP Compliance

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP), individuals in India have specific rights regarding their personal data. This page explains how India's 10th Grade Model Papers 2021 complies with the DPDP and how you can exercise your rights.

Scope and Applicability

This website is an informational blog offering free model test papers for 10th-grade students. We do not require users to register, create accounts, or provide personal information. We do not collect or store personal data in databases. Any data collected is limited to anonymized, aggregated usage statistics via third-party analytics tools, such as cookies and server logs, which are not linked to identifiable individuals.

Your Rights Under DPDP

Under the DPDP, you have the following rights:

  • Right to access information about how your personal data is processed
  • Right to correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
  • Right to withdrawal of consent, where applicable
  • Right to grievance redressal if you believe your rights have been violated

Since we do not collect identifiable personal data, these rights primarily apply to any limited data collected through analytics tools. You may request confirmation of whether any data has been collected and request its deletion if it can be identified.

How We Comply

We comply with the DPDP by:

  • Not collecting names, emails, phone numbers, or other identifiers
  • Using only anonymized analytics tools that do not track individuals
  • Ensuring third-party tools we use (e.g., Google Analytics) are configured to respect user privacy and comply with Indian data protection standards
  • Not sharing personal data with any third parties for commercial purposes

Data We Process

We may process the following types of data:

  • IP addresses (anonymized)
  • Browser type and device information (aggregated)
  • Pages visited and time spent (aggregated analytics)
  • Cookies for session management and preference settings (non-identifying)

All such data is processed anonymously and cannot be used to identify any individual.

Legal Basis for Processing

Our processing of data is based on legitimate interest under the DPDP, specifically to improve website functionality, ensure security, and enhance user experience for students accessing educational resources. No consent is required for this type of anonymized processing.
